玻化微珠

由于表面玻化形成一定的颗粒强度，理化性能十分稳定，耐老化耐候性强，具有******的绝热﹑防火﹑吸音性能，适合诸多领域中作轻质填充骨料和绝热﹑防火﹑吸音﹑保温材料。在建材行业中，用玻化微珠作为轻质骨料，可提高砂浆的和易流动性和自抗强度，减少材性收缩率，提高产品综合性能，降低综合生产成本。在轻质干混砂浆（保温型、砌筑型、抹面型）应用中，用玻化微珠替代传统的普通膨胀珍珠岩和聚苯颗粒作干混保温砂浆轻质骨料，克服了膨胀珍珠岩吸水性大﹑易粉化，在料浆搅拌中体积收缩率大，易造成产品后期强度低和空鼓开裂等现象，同时又弥补了聚苯颗粒有机材料易燃﹑防火性能差﹑ 高温产生有害气体和耐老化耐候性低﹑施工中反弹性大等缺陷，提高完善了保温砂浆的综合性能和施工性能。
